Storage in Transit (SIT)

Storage In Transit or Short Term Storage, is usually how we describe storage periods up to 60 days. Your original moving contract remains in effect for this period and no additional Transit Protection Coverage is required. This type of storage can be accomplished by holding the goods in their original shipping container(s), or by "palletized" warehousing.

Long Term Storage (LTS)

Long Term Storage is usually how we describe shipments which will require storage for a period of more than 60 days. Depending on the storage period required, lower rates are often available. Extra Storage Protection Coverage is available at reasonable rates. This type of storage can only be accomplished by "palletized" warehousing.

Bill of Lading

The Bill of Lading acts as both the main shipping document as well as the moving contract between the mover and the customer. It is imperative that the customer reads and understands the terms and conditions of this document as it will govern all aspects of the job including but not limited to the way the customer will be charged for services as well as how all liability issues in the event that loss or damage occurs during the job.
